What is a Mentee Batch?

A Mentee Batch is a batch that is earned at the end of a mentoring cycle. It communicates that an individual is deliberate about evolving into better versions of themselves as well as their career. When attached to your CV, LinkedIn profile or signature, it speaks volume about your quest for continuous personal development, hence, increasing your chances of securing unlimited opportunities. Your Mentee batch is valid for 18months, and subject to renewal afterwards, as mentorship is a lifetime commitment.
